Learn how to massage each other in a group setting during an hour and a half session!  You and a partner will learn basic massage techniques for the feet in a relaxed setting.  The setting will include a group of people whom will be lying on a carpeted floor.  Each person will give a half hour massage so that half the group will perform the massage and half will receive.   Dates to be determined

Wednesday Night Stretch Class

This was a great way to get through the winter. At the beginning we all had some issues in our bodies; shoulder pain, back and knee pain. All the participance noticed improvement and deminish of aches and pains. Good Work!! Next DATE: TBA  Basic beginning stretch class to meet every Wednesday Night; First class will begin Wednesday, April 23 at 6:30 pm. There will be a series of 8 classes. (April 23, 30 and May 7 14, 21, 28, ) $10/person - Limit 4 people per class Class session ranges from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.  Space limited

August  2008	Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & First Aid Class
	Learn this life saving technique. CPR is a procedure involving the ABC's of emergency care. If you take care of elderly adults, infants or children you should learn this life saying technique.
