We do not tolerate any form of sexual misconduct.  We ensure that you will have proper hygiene.  Please arrive ten minutes before your first appointment to allow sufficient time for check in.

Cancellation:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  24hrs advanced notice of cancellation is required to avoid 100% of the reserved charges.  Since your appointment is dedicated to you, your lateness will affect your appointment time. 

Gratuity & Service Charge:
Gratuites are appreciated per individual bases.  Returned checks will incur additional bank fees, and require cash or credit payments thereafter. 

Loss of Personal Items:
The Body Maintenance Place is not responsible for loss of personal valuables, gift certificates or gift cards. 

Inclusive Pricing:
Prices maybe discounted based on cash paying customers.  Insurance billing will be billed at pricing for industry standards, per company, per individual.  All balances must be paid in full prior to receiving future appointments.  Insurance applies to specific client only.  

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards:
Present gift certificates or gift cards at time of appointment, to avoid 100% of reserved charge.  The Body Maintenance Place is not responsible for loss or stolen gift cards and certificates.  No cash refunds. Gift certificates and cards do not apply to laser therapy.
